Pipeline management and on-time closings. This includes all aspects of origination – including those of any originators who may work under their branch manager
Recruiting and retention actives for both sales and support staff as necessary to ensure the success of the branch.
Many of our branches have their own processors and an on-site underwriter.
Coordinated marketing for the branch’s loan officers through all of the social media channels and attending networking events with other industry professionals.
Calling and meeting with realtors, financial planners, and other financial professionals in your area

Minimum 3 years of experience as a mortgage loan originator or producing branch manager
Effective sales and marketing skills – including lead generation knowledge and the ability to network with referral partners.
Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with processing and underwriting departments
Understanding product guidelines and federal and state regulations
Maintaining an active NMLS license for all loan officers in the branch.
